On this day, think about one thing that your body requires, that it didn't need yesterday.
Listen, observe, and pay attention to the physical, emotional, mental, and psychological stresses in your body, and respond to one of them fully and consciously.
Your goal for today is to pay attention to your body in every way, one of the challenges of being able to quiet and listen.
